Limits are set on email size sending, space of a email account, and much more. The turnover time for a service ticket is 24 hours and if your card is from a country other than Canada prepared to get your card declined and sent to the back of the line. The hours of this company are short and not 24/7 like other companies. Also there billing department has no phone number to be reached at and if you want them to do your service order in a reasonable time it cost $95, talk about hidden charges. If you are a business owner I would not use this company because of the time frame of 24 hour service tickets and the long hold times for the phone. Also I found it wried that they don't list the same phone numbers you get over chatting live with a representative who is chatting with 10 humans at a time. This company simply lack professionalism.
